Deanna was born in Illinois but spent most of her life in Missouri, except for living out of state while her husband served in the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army. She lived about 24 years in North St. Louis County, six years in Lincoln County, and in St. Charles County since 2005.
Deanna and her husband, Mark, live with their toy poodle named Lady in St. Paul, Missouri. They are the proud parents of two daughters, two sons-in-law, and the grandparents of six wonderful grandkids and one granddaughter-in-law. Deanna's mom's profession was a file clerk and dad's was a maintenance man.

M.A. in Counseling (2007)
M.A. in General Theology (2001)
(Both from Covenant Theological Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri.)
Deanna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Her private practice for Individual, Marriage, Couples & Family Therapy was in
Lake St. Louis (2015-2025).
She began her first term in the Missouri House of Representatives in 2025.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Deanna served her community for about three years as the North County Chapter Chairman and about two years as the St. Charles County Chapter Chairman for Missouri Right to Life.
Since 1988, except for a few years, Deanna served alongside her husband, Mark, as a pastor's wife and partner in ministry. During this time, she served in various leadership positions such as: Worship Leader, Music/Choir Director, Bible Study Teacher, and has served on both building and expansion/renovation committees, as well as in many other leadership positions.
